- Description: The Website provides coaching services through the Creative Circle group, including but not limited to master trainings to enable your business to grow in the online space; a community of like-minded business owner to offer advice and encouragement as you grow your business; Q & A sessions to answer your specific questions; and tips and tricks to assist you in saving time and money as you build your business.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the coaching services. By using the Website, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement.
User Obligations
- Registration: In order to access certain features or services on the Website, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account details updated.
- Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Website:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or discrimination.
- Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
- Interfering with the functionality of the Website or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks.
Payment and Refunds
- Fees: The fees for coaching services provided by Creative Circle are specified on the Website. By purchasing the services, you agree to pay the applicable fees.
- Payment Processing: We use secure third-party payment processors to handle payment transactions. We do not store any credit card or payment information on our servers.
- Refunds: All Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by emailing info@re-fabbed.com or by logging into the member portal at members.re-fabbed.com/login. NO REFUNDS are issued on an unused portion of the subscription. Subscriptions are canceled immediately upon request. Access to the subscription resources, including the Facebook group, is revoked immediately, not at the end of the pay period.
- Returns: Returns are NOT permitted due to the nature of the service.
Event Tickets
- Refunds: All ticket sales are final. NO REFUNDS will be issued on event tickets. We start planning before our tickets go on sale, each and every ticket is taken into account for everything we do.
- Payment Plans: Payment plans are available for event tickets, however, if you choose the payment plan option your ticket MUST be paid in full prior to the start of the event.
- Reselling Tickets: If you are unable to attend the event and need to resell your ticket you are welcome to do so. Re-Fabbed is not responsible for ticket exchanges, NO ticket exchanges will be done by the Re-Fabbed team. Any exchanges will be the sole responsibility of the ticket holder and must be submitted to the Re-Fabbed team NO LATER than one week prior to the start of the event to give our team an appropriate amount of time to prepare for the new guest.
Intellectual Property
- Ownership: The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Website and its content. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, are protected by applicable laws.
- Limited License: Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website for personal and non-commercial purposes.
Limitation of Liability
- Disclaimer: The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranties or representations, express or implied. The Company disclaims all liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Website or violation of this Agreement.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kentucky. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kentucky.
